Eating fewer carbs. Going to the gym. Reading instead of Netflix. Getting up early. Cooking instead of ordering in.
Those habits didn’t last, did they?
You know why?
Because subconsciously, you weren’t really COMMITTED.
You were just giving it a try.
And as soon as it got hard, or boring, or you felt sorry for yourself and wanted distraction…
you gave up.
You’ve quit on yourself a thousand times over the course of your life, haven’t you?
