A free training for women who want MORE – and don’t want it to feel so hard to get!

And that usually looks like a reasonable mainstream career, a generic monogamous marriage, two kids, a dog, and a white picket fence.
Listen, there’s nothing wrong with wanting those things… I wanted and have some of them myself!
In other words:
They only imagine the life society has taught them they should want, or can have.

Start a business doing what you love, or make a radical career change that offers you more fulfillment, rest, joy, money, or whatever it is you’re after…
Enjoy a free, authentic, unconventional romantic relationship where you make your own rules about what love, partnership, and intimacy truly mean so that you can feel supported and free …
Radically love yourself, your body, your personal style, and all your gifts and flaws — so much so that people start to notice the change, and the glow in you…
Make art every day, whether that means picking up oil paints or working on your book again, or finally pursuing your dream of doing standup comedy…
Move to that penthouse in the big city, or abandon the big city for a garden in the country, or live in Paris half the year…
Raise wild-and-free little humans exactly the way you want to raise them – or embrace being unapologetically childfree, and travel the world without caring what your grandmother thinks…
Your brain did not evolve to help you make big dreams work. It evolved to help keep you safe by keeping you small.
And society has taken advantage of that to make you believe that staying small is the only way to be safe and loved.
But there’s a step-by-step process for this, and it’s an exercise I do every year.
This practice of dreaming BIGGER is a huge part of what helped me envision, and ultimately create, the seven-figure coaching business, happy healthy body image, loving fiancé, and dream life I’m so happy to have today.
So many people LOVED this workshop when we did it earlier this year, so we’re doing it again! This is your chance to learn how to dream bigger and better than ever.
When was the last time you took objective stock of how you were really feeling about everything in your life — from your body, to your career, finances, relationships, and so much more? This workshop will help you explore each category, so you better understand where you’re already close to your dream, and where you could be putting more or less energy to achieve it.
This is my favorite part of the practice — and you might shock yourself with what you discover you’re craving when you let yourself truly dream.
This is the key to maintaining momentum while creating your dreams. The simple act of believing your dreams are possible on a neurological level will help you maintain momentum, stop beating yourself up when you hit a speed bump, and start to notice the dreamy opportunities that are already right in front of you.

Creator of the School of New Feminist Thought, Host of the UnF*ck Your Brain podcast (50M downloads and counting) and author of the NYT Bestseller, “Take Back Your Brain.”
I’m a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Yale College and got my J.D. at Harvard Law School (with honors no less). I clerked on a federal appeals court, litigated reproductive rights, and ran a think tank at Columbia Law School before deciding to . . . quit my extremely prestigious law career to become a life coach, of course! Best decision I ever made.
Now I run a seven-figure coaching business created around my signature feminist coaching program, The Feminist Self-Help Society. I teach women how to cure socially-programmed anxiety by changing the way they think about themselves, for good. My work has been featured in publications like The New York Times and Glamour Magazine and recommended by podcasts as diverse as “We Can Do Hard Things” with Glennon Doyle to “My Favorite Murder.” I pioneered most of the feminist coaching concepts out there, and my work continues to be on the cutting edge of this field. I firmly believe that self-coaching is the next frontier of the feminist revolution.
