I know what that’s like. I had the prestigious job, the mainstream credentials, the degrees and the success. And I still wanted more.

This is my fifth time running this mastermind, and 100% of the women inside have grown into someone they weren’t sure they could become when they started.
It’s January, and you’re in New Orleans with a small group of hand-picked women, ready for more. You’re staring down the impossible thing, in a room full of women holding the belief that you can do it.
It’s a Tuesday in March. You’re getting coached, and you’ve just explained (very reasonably) why this part feels unrealistic. I don’t buy it. Twenty minutes later, neither do you.
It’s mid-April, and somewhere along the road, your goal stopped being an impossible risk and turned into a master plan.

The retreat is where we get everything started. You’ll have two days, in-person, with me and the other women in your mastermind, getting clear on your impossible goal. We’ll build the vision, a plan, and work through the beliefs that have kept it out of reach.

Every call is hot-seat style, where two or three of you will bring what you’re working through to the table, and I will coach you through it – live, in front of the women you’ve grown close to, who are experiencing similar things. Every call is recorded so you can re-watch or return to it if you miss a week.
Our Slack group is famous for being the chat members didn’t know they needed. Inside, you’ll post what you’re working through (as often as you need to) and I’ll coach you back.
Our intensive is the halfway point of our mastermind. You’ll have three hours with me and your group looking at where your goal stands, what’s shifted since New Orleans, and what’s still in the way.
Our closing celebration is a three-hour online event to highlight what you’ve created and who you’ve become. We’ll look at how far you’ve come since January, and build a clear vision for what comes next.
