I’ve transitioned my business from maxed out 1:1 coaching, to a small, high-end group program that filled without consult calls (and took me to my first seven-figure year), to a membership with thousands of members (which now brings in multiple seven-figures in revenue every year). I’ve launched an advanced certification that also brought in multiple-seven figures, and decided when to close it. I’ve had always open models, annual launch models, and everything in between.
I’ve made every coaching business transition there is, and I’ll help you map out the practical plan and give you the coaching you need to actually get moving on it.
Idea 2: Create your bestselling book marketing plan.
In 2024, I launched a book and landed it at #1 on the USA Today Nonfiction Bestseller List and on the New York Times Bestseller List. I did this with about 70,000 Instagram followers, even though almost everyone else on the NYT list that week had millions in their social media following.
I created the strategy and oversaw execution for the entire pre-order marketing campaign myself, so I know exactly what it takes to hit the bestseller lists.
I know what you can control and what you can’t, and I’ll help you craft your best shot. I’ll also introduce you to my best under-the-radar contacts in the book-marketing world if you want additional support.
Idea 3: Resolve people-pleasing, imposter syndrome, dating or relationship angst, or any other interpersonal problem.
Women’s socialization contributes to all of the mental and emotional drama we have around other people in our lives, or around our fears of what other people think of us. This is my jam, baby.
We’ll spend a full day coaching and working on whatever interpersonal problem is most bothering you.
