It may feel like you’re drowning in procrastinated work projects, unanswered emails from the PTA, and ten too many text chains with friends you’ve left on read while you tell yourself you should meal prep and watch Netflix instead.
Or, maybe, you are actually on top of everything in terms of getting it all done…
I know what you’re thinking and how you feel because women these days share one core common problem that causes overwhelm, anxiety, and stress. Whether you feel constantly under-water already, or you’re managing to float but you can’t relax lest you slip under, you’ve got the same problem.
It’s not your job (I swear!). It’s not your kids (also hard to believe, I know). It’s not even your anxiety-prone genetics (thanks Mom).
Your team’s performance at work. Your boss’ success. Your colleagues’ opinions.
Your friends’ emotional health. Your family’s expectations.
Living up to unrealistic beauty and health norms.
Your family meal plan, schedule, chore chart, doctor’s appointments, vacation plans, wardrobes, school activities, and don’t forget the dog’s daycare and vaccination schedule, too.
We’ve been taught that success means doing more, taking on more, and being more.
So we pile on more commitments, more responsibilities, more tasks, more projects, more more more more and more.
We hold ourselves responsible for EVERYTHING.
And it means we end up giving our full attention to NOTHING.
So we never get it all done, and we never feel like we can.
You can boost your productivity, get more done, and feel more relaxed, not less – but only by solving for the places in your life that your over-responsibility is leading you astray.
:: What causes over-responsibility
:: How over-responsibility impairs productivity
:: The antidote to over-responsibility that will actually help you get more done, especially where it matters
:: The cognitive shifts you can make in order to increase your productivity…even when your real-world responsibilities don’t change at all.
At the end of this training, for those of you who really want to uplevel your capacity, your efficiency, and your power – I’ll also share how to work with me in-depth to cure over-responsibility for good.
Because teaching women how to blow their own minds with what they can accomplish is my favorite thing to do.
But I created the frameworks I teach.
I built and developed the feminist mindset coaching model.
In other words, I’m the one most of those other coaches learned what they are teaching from (quite literally!).
Today I’m the leading feminist mindset coach in the world, but I didn’t start out that way. I started out as an anxious double-Ivy League grad (Yale College, Harvard Law) who kept achieving my way to the top of my field but constantly felt like I was behind on everything in my life and running on fumes every single day.
I was anxious, overwhelmed and exhausted. I tried every time management system in the book. But nothing solved my problem because my overwhelm was not from my to do list (big as it was). It was the emotional overwhelm of over-responsibility. When I figured that out, I figured out how to solve it.
Now I run a multiple-seven-figure business, employ a dozen incredible women, host a top-ranked podcast, have landed my first book on multiple bestseller lists, and still manage to have plenty of time to nap, read, travel and relax. It wasn’t magic. It was changing my thoughts.
No gate-keeping here; now I make it my life’s mission to teach it to other women too.
There is so much power, productivity, and joy available to women who learn how to STOP feeling over-responsible for everything in their lives and START being responsible for themselves, their time, and their lives.
That’s what I’ve found, and that’s what I want for you.
