Bottom line: Your confidence in yourself is the difference between living life as it happens to you and creating the life of your dreams on purpose. 

Because what are the reasons people don’t go after their dreams?

They don’t believe in themselves enough to dream big. 

They don’t believe they will be consistent in pursuing them.

They don’t believe they will actually achieve them. 

They don’t believe in how much is truly possible. 

Confidence is the antidote to these problems. 

Confidence is what creates inspiration, consistency, and resilience. 

Your confidence is what allows you to be confident enough to set goals, confident you’ll consistently follow-through on them, and confident you’ll be able to weather any setbacks and keep going until you succeed.

The good news? 

That means the reason you aren’t living the life you want to live is not because you don’t have enough willpower.

It’s not because you don’t have enough discipline. 

It’s not because you just aren’t good enough in some mysterious but fundamental way (yes, I used to think this too). 

It’s just because you haven’t built the confidence in yourself that you need. 

Confidence is actually created through a set of evidence-based mental and emotional skills. 

They are not a mystery, they’ve been studied extensively. They just aren’t widely known outside the academic field. 

But all of that changes today. 

In my coaching career I’ve taught tens of thousands of women how to improve their confidence with cognitive change methods. 

And now I’ve combined all those concrete practical tools with the copious evidence-based literature on confidence and distilled it down to a few clear, concrete, and life-changing concepts.

The Creating Confidence Pop-Up.

This mini coaching program is designed to use evidence-based assessments to identify exactly where your confidence is lagging and why – so you know exactly where to begin in changing it.    

Here’s what you’ll learn each day of the program:

Day One:

Understanding Confidence.

On our first day together you’ll explore what confidence means to you – and I’ll introduce you to an entirely new confidence paradigm that I promise you’ve never heard anywhere else. We’ll also assess your growth mindset to prime your brain for change.

 
Day Two:

Creating Confidence.

On day two you’re going to learn the four mental and emotional skills that work together to create confidence. We’ll assess where you are on each of the four skills so that you know exactly what you need to work on to build more confidence in any area of your life. 

 
Day Three:

Building A Confident Life

The point of building confidence isn’t just to feel better – it’s to be able to confidently go after your dream life. On day three I’ll take you through my proprietary Confident Life process to help you envision exactly where you want to have the confidence to go. 

Over three days of live trainings you will learn:

  • What the scientific literature tells us about confidence (don’t worry, I’m going to translate boring studies into fun exercises for you) 
  • Where you currently are on key confidence scales 
  • What you really want to accomplish or experience in your life
  • What confidence skills you need to build or improve to hit those goals

I’m Kara Loewentheil, a Master Certified Coach. I’m a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School, and in my former life I was a women’s rights attorney and academic.

I bring an intersectional feminist lens to the field of cognitive coaching, and I specialize in teaching women step-by-step processes to change their beliefs so they can create lives that blow their minds.
