Each day you are invited to attend a live Q&A call with me and hundreds of other women where I’ll tackle your burning questions,
help you implement the teachings, and navigate any obstacles coming up for you so you can start experiencing more happiness,
confidence, pleasure, and rest in your everyday life.

Scroll down to see the full call schedule and to add the call times to your personal calendar so you don’t miss a thing.

Please note that if you would like to enable closed captions for the challenge calls, you will need to view the live stream inside the private Facebook group.

All live calls are recorded and available to watch a few hours after the call ends.
Replays are available at the link in the Call Replays section below or in the Facebook group.

Day 1:

It’s all about confidence today – and getting your brain on board with more positive self-talk.

Day 2:

Time for some pure pleasure – and a lesson in how to get around the guilt that you don’t “deserve” it.

Day 3:

We’re going to experience some deep rest – and learn how to disarm the “lazy” accusation in your brain.

Day 4:

A day for prioritizing yourself without the people-pleasing anxiety your brain likes to unleash when you do.

Day 5:

Go big or go home – you’ll learn a brain hack that empowers you to ask for what you want without the crushing fear or rejection that has kept you playing small.

Day 6:

"What do I get inside The Society, exactly?"

When you join, you’ll open the giant, virtual oak doors to a beautiful classroom and (optional) community for you to learn, practice, and integrate these thought work tools in every area of your life.

That includes things like:

  • Instant access to our “thought work 101” program, The Feminist Mindset Fix: This will help you understand the basics of thought work better, so you can start applying these tools in your life right away.
  • Monthly live coaching calls with me: Society participants can apply in advance to be coached live by me. Whether you get coached or not, you’re sure to walk away with new insight and tools that can be applied to your own life.
  • A “welcome home” Orientation Call right after you join: If you’ve joined programs like this previously and found yourself getting overwhelmed, don’t worry: we start you off on just the right foot with an orientation call soon after you join. On this call, we’ll create a 30-day action plan based on your goals, ensuring you achieve the dream life you joined the Feminist Self-Help Society for — helping you decide where to start, which resources to look at, and which calls to attend.
  • A library of courses, where you can choose a new topic each month: Each of our 15 topic-specific courses include corresponding workbooks, workshops, samples of coaching in action, and podcast recommendations for additional learning. You’ll receive a credit to unlock a new course each month.
  • An optional private Facebook community: If being in community helps you stay motivated and focused, you’ll join us in our Feminist Self Help Society group on Facebook where you can post questions, share wins and challenges, and make new friends and connections with women on the same journey as you.
  • Monthly coaching calls for our members who are Black, Indigenous, or people of color: These calls are open to students from these identities to discuss the additional systemic layers impacting their socialization, and are led either by me or one of our Society coaches of color. (Our members voted for splitting the calls this way!)
  • Study hall calls: 1-2 times a month, the Society Coaches will host a 60-minute call for accountability in working through courses and addressing your thought work questions. No matter where you’re at in the program or what you’re working on, you can use this designated space to move forward in your thought work journey.
  • Ask the Coaches: Submit a coaching question anytime and get a Society Coach’s written response customized to your specific situation in 1-2 business days. You can also search the library of all past Ask the Coaches questions.
  • PLUS private podcasts, community-only special events and offers, exclusive opportunities for 1-1 coaching, and more.

We can't wait to welcome you!
