UFYB 40: REACTIVITY VS RESILIENCE
Do you find yourself often fixating or ruminating on things you’d like to stop thinking about but simply can’t stop your brain? Do you often tell people that you’re too sensitive, feel too deeply, or you’re just too empathetic? If you can relate to any of the above, it’s a sign that you don’t have appropriate boundaries and you don’t have emotional resilience. All of these are also a sign of emotional reactivity.
