UFYB 80: JUDGMENT V. CURIOSITY
There are two ways in which we interact with the world: with judgment or with curiosity. And I would say that, before thought work, we spend about 95% of our time in judgment (of ourselves AND others) and only around 5% in curiosity. Our brains love to be judgy and to connect with others who share our judgments. We form bonds with others based solely on common dislikes or common thoughts. Why is this a problem?
